WHAT YOU NEED

1. Place all the filling ingredients in a bowl. 2. Stir until well combined, then taste and adjust seasonings if desired.

FILL.

3. Place a small spoonful of filling on a wonton wrapper and place a dot of water halfway on each side. 4. Bring the sides into the middle and pinch to seal.

DEEP FRY.

5. Repeat the shaping process until all the filling is gone. 6. Deep fry the rangoon in 350°F oil until they are a light golden brown.

SERVE.

7. Drain the deep fried rangoon on a tray lined with paper towel. 8. Serve immediately and enjoy while they're hot and fresh.
