Hi, I’m Emma! I know how challenging and time-consuming it is to run a high-quality food blog. There’s such a huge to do list for each blog post that it can be overwhelming to do it all yourself—especially if you’re short on time.
I’m a professional recipe developer, SEO writer, food photographer, videographer, and social media manager for Savor the Flavour. My mom and I started our food blog in 2017, so I have a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience.

Coaching Calls
Need some direction and inspiration in your business? Sign up for a 1-hour coaching call with me for some detailed, personalized ways to improve your food blog.
Coaching calls offer a great opportunity to talk face-to-face with another experienced food blogger, to get your questions answered, and to work out a strategy for improving your blog.
Calls can cover recipe posts, recipe cards, post-audit "to do list" strategy, food photography, or food videography. Other topics may be available upon request.
Coaching calls take place on Skype. The calls are recorded so you can download and watch them again as desired. You'll also receive a written follow-up document after the coaching call, which includes written answers to your questions and links to helpful resources.
Testimonials
"I had a coaching session about SEO best practices that was incredibly valuable to me. Emma had taken the time beforehand to ask what I most needed guidance on, and had researched my site ahead of time so that she was able to not only address my questions but also to point out issues and ideas and best practices that I didn’t even know to ask about.
"We got into the specific details of how I could be improving my posts in real-time, looking at specific examples on a shared screen. Throughout the meeting, Emma was both frank about what I was doing right and wrong, but always in an open and kind way that made me feel brave enough to ask even the most basic of questions.
"She made sure before the session was over that we had covered everything I wanted to get done during this meeting, and quickly followed up with an invaluable list of resources and a video of our session. I cannot recommend her highly enough, both for her guidance and her style of teaching and advising."
- KATE JACKSON FROM FRAMED COOKS
"I’ve been blogging seriously for just over a year and was feeling very overwhelmed with figuring out best practices for organizing categories and a few other odds and ends using the feast plug-in.
I got more out of an hour with Emma than I ever imagined. I sent my questions ahead of time and she showed up on the call ready to answer them all, walking me through everything step by step and sharing her screen.
I am not a technical person and Emma was able to explain things to me in a way that was easy to understand. After one hour I felt like I had a list of totally doable action steps to push my blog further along.
She also recorded the call so I could rewatch it and not have to worry about taking notes during the session. I’ll definitely be going to Emma again on my blogging journey. I highly recommend working with her. Book your call, you won’t regret it!"

During the one-hour session, Emma provided a lot of helpful feedback, addressed all my questions in great detail, and even gave me many other backend SEO tips I never knew that I needed to know!
