WHAT YOU NEED

Grab these ingredients, and let's bake an amazing bakery quality loaf of mountain bread!

MIX DOUGH

1. Mix the salt and yeast into the flour. 2. Add the honey, butter, and enough water to form a slightly sticky dough.

KNEAD

3. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes, then knead with the hook until it's smooth. 4. Cover and let it rise until doubled, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

SHAPE

5. Punch down the dough, shape it into a round loaf, and place seam side up in a floured banneton. 6. Let it rise until nearly doubled, about 45 minutes.

BAKE

7. Turn the loaf onto a floured pizza peel and score with a lame. 8. Bake at 450°F for 10 min, then at 425°F for 20 min.
