Leftover Turkey Stroganoff

What You Need

Grab a few ingredients, including leftover Thanksgiving turkey and gravy, and you'll be ready to start cooking.

Sauté

Sauté the mushrooms in a skillet until browned. Add the onions and garlic and cook until softened.

Gravy

Simmer the gravy until it's reduced by half, then add the gravy and spices to the mushroom mixture.

Add the Turkey

Stir until well combined, then mix in the shredded turkey and cook for 5 minutes.

Sour Cream

Remove from the heat and add the sour cream. Adjust the seasonings to taste.

Enjoy!

Serve over egg noodles and enjoy! Garnish with Parmesan and parsley as desired.
