HOW TO MAKE
BY SAVOR THE FLAVOUR
Rub fat into flour.
1. Place the flour and salt in a bowl and add the fat. 2. Rub the fat into the flour until the fat is in pea-sized pieces.
3. Add the lemon juice, then mix in enough water to bring the dough together. 4. Knead the pastry 4-5 times.
Chill and roll.
5. Shape the pastry into a disc, wrap in plastic, and chill for at least 1 hr. 6. Roll out the pastry, bake, and enjoy!
