Sautéed Kale and Mushrooms

What You Need

You don't need a lot of ingredients to make this easy, healthy side dish!

Garlic & Kale

Saute the garlic until golden, then add the chicken broth and gradually stir in the kale.

Wilt the Kale

Keep stirring until the kale has wilted. Cook the sliced mushrooms in a separate pan until brown.

Season

Mix the kale and mushrooms, then season with salt, pepper, and vinegar to taste. Serve hot.
