How to Sauté Beet Greens

What You Need

You don't need a lot of ingredients to make these mouthwatering beet greens!

Prep

1. Rinse the stalks and leaves, then cut the stems into shorter lengths. 2. Sauté the stems and spices in oil for 2-3 minutes.

Chop

3. Meanwhile, chop the beet greens into smaller pieces. 4. Add the garlic to the stems and sauté for another minute.

Wilt

5. Melt the butter in a pan, then add the greens. 6. Sauté until the greens have wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt to taste.

Almost Done!

7. Mix the sautéed beet stems and leaves together and drizzle with lemon juice. 8. Serve while hot and fresh!
