BY SAVOR THE FLAVOUR
1. Stir the sugar into the water until it's dissolved, then bring to a boil until it's caramel colored. 2. Immediately remove from the heat and whisk in the butter, cream, and salt.
3. Heat the cream until it's simmering, then whisk in the chocolate. 4. Add the drink ingredients to a mug.
5. Add the coffee and stir until the drink is well mixed. 6. Garnish with whipped cream, salted caramel, and a sprinkle of coarse salt.
