1. Remove the tough outer leaves from the cabbage.
2. Cut into 8 wedges, then brush with olive oil.

3. Sprinkle with salt & pepper and roast at 425°F for 20 min per side.
4. Melt the butter in a saucepan.

6. Brush the butter on both sides of the cabbage wedges.
