Roasted Cabbage Wedges

What You Need

You don't need fancy ingredients to whip up these mouthwatering roasted cabbage wedges!

Prep

1. Remove the tough outer leaves from the cabbage. 2. Cut into 8 wedges, then brush with olive oil.

Roast

3. Sprinkle with salt & pepper and roast at 425°F for 20 min per side. 4. Melt the butter in a saucepan.

Brush

5. Add the garlic and cook until browned, then stir in the lemon juice. 6. Brush the butter on both sides of the cabbage wedges.

Serve

7. Place the cabbage wedges on a serving plate. 8. Serve them right away when they're hot and crispy!
