Toast the quinoa in a dry skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water.

Sauté

Mix

Add the quinoa, salsa, and vegetable broth to the onion mixture.

Simmer

Simmer the mixture for 20 minutes, then uncover and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir in the lime juice.
