Pepperoni Pizza Garbage Bread

What You Need

You don't need fancy ingredients to whip up this homemade pizza dough and amazing garbage bread!

Make the Dough

1. Pour the flour into a bowl and mix in the salt and yeast. 2. Add the oil and water and mix to form a slightly sticky dough.

Knead & Prove

3. Knead the dough until it's smooth and stretchy, about 10 minutes by hand. 4. Let it rise until the dough is doubled in size, about 1-2 hours.

Assemble

5. Roll out the dough and spread with the sauce, cheese, basil, and pepperoni. 6. Roll it up tightly, pinch seams to seal, and let it rise for 30-45 minutes.

Bake & Serve

7. Bake the garbage bread at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, or until it has an internal temp of 190°F. 8. Let it cool, then slice and serve.
