1. Cut the two sheets of puff pastry into 9 squares each.
2. Lay a thick slice of guava paste on top of 9 squares.

3. Add a slice of cream cheese on top of the guava paste.
4. Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.

6. Sprinkle with sugar and cut vent holes in each pastelito.
