Parsley Potatoes with Garlic Butter


What You Need

Grab these 6 simple ingredients and you'll be ready to whip up a batch of parsley potatoes!


Remove a strip of peel from the middle of each potato.  Simmer until the potatoes are fork tender. Drain and return them to the pot to keep them warm.

Garlic Butter

Brown the butter in a saucepan, then pour it into a bowl and add the garlic. Toss the potatoes in the butter.

Almost Done!

Add the parsley, then add salt and black pepper to taste.  Toss to combine, then serve.
