WHAT YOU NEED

WHISK.

1. Whisk the flours, spices, and baking powder until blended. 2. Add the honey, molasses, brown sugar, and milk.

STIR.

Whisk or stir the batter together until it's well combined.

Pour the batter into a buttered 9x5-inch loaf pan.

BAKE.

5. Bake the ontbijtkoek at 300°F for 55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. 6. Let it cool for 1 hour, then slice.
