Chicken, Sausage, & Shrimp Gumbo

What You Need

It may take a lot of ingredients to make an amazing batch of gumbo, but it's worth it!

Saute

1. Cook the Andouille sausage and bacon, then make the roux. 2. Saute the onion, celery, green pepper, and garlic.

Cook Chicken

3. Add the roux to the sauteed aromatics. 4. Brown the chicken in olive oil, then let it cool and shred.

Finish It Off

5. Pour in the seafood stock, okra, spices, and lemon, then simmer for 30 minutes. 6. Add the shrimp and season.  Serve with rice.
