What You Need

You don't need a lot of ingredients to make this simple muffaletta bread!

Mix the Dough

1. Pour the flour into a bowl and stir in the salt and yeast. 2. Add the sugar, oil, and water and mix to form a dough.

Knead & Prove

3. Knead the dough for 4-6 minutes on low speed. 4. Let it prove until doubled.

Shaping

5. Punch down the dough and shape it into a flat disc. 6. Spritz with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Baking 

7. Let the loaf prove until it's nearly doubled, then bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes. 8. Let it cool before slicing.
