What You Need

You'll be whipping up this hearty, healthy lentil stew in no time!


1. Saute the kielbasa in oil until it's browned, then set aside. 2. Saute the onion, carrot, and celery until they're softened, then add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the flavor.

3. Add the spices and stir for 1 minute to bloom them. 4. Pour in some of the broth and scrape off the browned bits from the bottom, then add the rest.


5. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer the soup for 20 minutes. 6. Add the browned sausage and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Almost done!

7. Remove the bay leaf and adjust the seasonings to taste. 8. Serve this healthy lentil and sausage stew hot.
