easy LEMON PUDDING CAKES

Looking for a delicious spring dessert?

These lovely treats have a moist cake layer and a special pudding layer.

INGREDIENTS

You won't need anything fancy to make these delicious cakes!  Let's get baking. :)

WHISK

1. Whisk all the ingredients together except the egg whites. 2. Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.

BATTER

3. Fold the egg whites into the whisked liquids. 4. Grease five 6-oz ramekins and place them in a 9x13 pan.

BAKE

5. Divide the batter among the ramekins. 6. Fill the 9x13 pan halfway with boiling water and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.

COOL

7. Remove the cakes from the hot water bath and them cool for 20 minutes. 8. Dust with icing sugar.

ENJOY

Serve these delicious lemon pudding cakes while they're still warm from the oven!
