BY SAVOR THE FLAVOUR
1. Halve the jalapeños, then use a grapefruit spoon to remove the seeds and membranes. 2. Beat the cream cheese until it's smooth and fluffy.
3. Beat in the grated cheddar, garlic, and sriracha. 4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
5. Bake the poppers at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, or until browned. 6. Serve hot with sriracha mayo.
