HOW TO MAKE
BY SAVOR THE FLAVOUR
1. Heat the water and lard in a small saucepan until it barely comes to a boil. 2. Meanwhile, sift the flours.
3. Pour the hot water and lard into the flour and stir until the dough comes together. 4. Knead gently to finish combining the ingredients.
5. The hot water crust is now ready to use. Keep it in a double boiler to keep it warm. 6. Roll out the pastry and use before it cools off.
