This cheesy casserole will be a new family favorite!
You won't need anything fancy to make these delicious cakes! Let's get baking. :)
1. Saute the green pepper, then cook the onion until soft. 2. Stir the potatoes, corn, and veggies until combined.
3. Melt the butter, add the flour, and whisk for 3 min. 4. Add the milk, cook until thickened, and whisk in the cheese.
5. Pour the sauce over the hashbrowns, veggies, and spices, then stir in the ham. 6. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
7. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F until it's well browned. 8. Let it stand for a few minutes, then serve hot.
Serve these hashbrown casserole while it's still hot and the cheese is melty!
