What You Need

You don't need a lot of ingredients to make this delicious, comforting pie!

Sauté & Steam

1. Sauté the onion and garlic in a skillet until softened. 2. Steam the cabbage for a couple minutes to soften it.

Sauce

3. Melt the butter, then add the flour and cook for 2 minutes. 4. Add the milk and spices and cook until thickened.

Filling

5. Stir the meat and sautéed veggies into the sauce. 6. Add the cabbage and let the filling cool briefly.

Bake

7. Top with puff pastry and bake at 400°F for 40 minutes. 8. Let it stand 15 minutes before serving.
