Mix the salt and yeast into the flour, then add the wet ingredients and stir to make a slightly sticky dough.
Knead the dough with the hook until it's smooth and stretchy, then let it rise until doubled, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 pieces. Roll each one into a long rope.
Squeeze the four ropes together at the top, then braid them together. Cross 4 over 3, 2 over 1, then 2 over 3. Repeat.
Let the loaf rise for 30-45 min, then brush with egg white and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 min.
Let the bread cool on a wire rack for 1 hour, then slice and enjoy with butter.
