Everything bagel bread

Love everything bagels?

This beautiful braided braid has all the great flavors of a bagel, but in an easy-to-slice loaf!

INGREDIENTS

Grab these simple ingredients, and you'll be ready to make this delicious everything bagel bread!

DOUGH

Mix the salt and yeast into the flour, then add the wet ingredients and stir to make a slightly sticky dough.

KNEAD

Knead the dough with the hook until it's smooth and stretchy, then let it rise until doubled, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

ROLL

Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 pieces.  Roll each one into a long rope.

BRAID

Squeeze the four ropes together at the top, then braid them together.  Cross 4 over 3, 2 over 1, then 2 over 3. Repeat.

BAKE

Let the loaf rise for 30-45 min, then brush with egg white and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 min.

ENJOY

Let the bread cool on a wire rack for 1 hour, then slice and enjoy with butter.
