Irish Dingle Pie

What You Need

You don't need a lot of ingredients to make a cozy, comforting Irish dingle lamb pie!

Sauté

Sauté the onion, then add the carrot and parsnip and cook until softened.

Simmer

Add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, then add the broth and simmer. Add the remaining ingredients.

Pastry

Simmer the stew for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. Place the stew in a pie dish and cover with pastry.

Bake

Brush with egg and bake at 400°F for 40-45 minutes, then cool. Serve hot!
