Coffee & Walnut Cake

What You Need

You don't need a lot of ingredients to make this traditional British celebration cake!

Make the Batter

1. Beat all the batter ingredients (except the milk) until combined. 2. Add the milk and beat until the batter can fall off of a spoon.

Bake & Ice

3. Divide the batter between two 9-inch pans and bake at 350°F for 18-20 minutes. 4. Make the buttercream.

Decorate

5. Sandwich the cakes with the buttercream, then decorate with walnut halves. 6. Enjoy this coffee and walnut cake!
