What You Need

Grab these ingredients, and you'll be ready to whip up this French chicken fricassee!

Brown and saute.

1. Brown the chicken thighs and drumsticks in a skillet. 2. Saute the veggies until softened, stirring occasionally.

3. Sprinkle the flour onto the veggies and cook for 2 minutes. 4. Deglaze with white wine, then add the broth and simmer until the sauce has thickened.

Make the sauce.

5. Return the meat to the pan and add the bouquet garni, simmering until the meat is cooked. 6. Thicken the sauce with a liason and whisk in the lemon juice and tarragon.

Heat & serve.

7. Heat the meat through in the sauce. 8. Serve the chicken with the lemon tarragon gravy and enjoy!
