Easy Caramel Sauce

BY SAVOR THE FLAVOUR

Sugar, cream, water, and butter is all you need! (Plus salt for salted caramel if you want.)

You only need 4 basic ingredients!

Dissolve and boil.

1. Dissolve the sugar in the water, then bring to a boil. 2. Continue to boil until it turns golden brown, about 7 minutes.

Whisk & chill.

3. Immediately whisk in the butter, cream, and salt. 4. Pour into a jar and chill until ready to enjoy.

it tastes great in coffee, with apples, or drizzled on cake or ice cream.
