Bow Tie Pasta Recipe


This velvety sauce is packed with hearty ham, peas, and tender pasta.

Make the creamiest pasta ever!

Saute the aromatics.

1. Saute the green onions and garlic until softened. 2. Add the flour and whisk for 1-2 minutes to remove the raw taste.

Finish the sauce.

3. Gradually whisk in the cream. 4. Add the mascarpone, Parmesan, mustard, and reserved pasta water.

Time to season.

5. Stir in the ham and peas and heat through. 6. Season with lemon zest, lemon juice, and spices.

Almost done!

7. Toss the pasta with in the sauce until it's well coated. 8. Serve while the pasta is hot and fresh.  Enjoy!

Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan cheese, then serve.
