What You Need

You don't need fancy ingredients to whip up this tasty copycat Panera baked potato soup!

Saute

1. Saute the onion and garlic, then add the flour and cook for 2 minutes. 2. Stir in the chicken broth.

Stir & Simmer

3. Whisk in the broth until it's combined. 4. Add the milk, cream, and potatoes and simmer until they're fork tender.

Mash

5. Mash half of the potatoes and cook the bacon in a separate pan. 6. Add the seasonings.

Whisk

7. Add the Neufchâtel cheese, Parmesan, bacon, and chives, and whisk until smooth. 8. Serve hot with extra bacon and chives.
